This Field Guide was created by Skeleton Key Theatre as part of Swan River, a multi-disciplinary and ambulatory outdoor play for all-ages that premiered as part of the 2018 Ottawa Children's Festival. Designed to connect families to their local community and environment through creative play in the landscape - this guide not only extends the experience of Swan River, but it also teaches kids (and their adults!) how to create their own outdoor play! This fun, free and accessible online tool can be used by families, individuals and educators alike.
